It is one's turn to do sth.意为“轮到某人做某事”，one's可以换成形容词性物主代词。其中turn是名词，意为“轮班，轮流”，而it是形式主语，真正的主语是后面的动词不定式。
如：It's my turn to clean the blackboard.
