基数词+ percent+of+名词(短语)、代词作主语时,谓语动词与of 后面的名词(短语)、代词在数上保持一致,即当名词(短语)、代词为单数(或不可数)时,谓语动词用单数形式;当名词(短语)、代词为复数时, 谓语动词用复数形式。
